Critical reminder for all email communications
Donors must create their Uscreen account using the EXACT same email they used on DonorBox. This must be clearly stated in every email containing access instructions. Uscreen tech support handles mismatch cases directly. Internal escalation goes to Karoline Mikkelsen.
